How big is it?
Once assembled, the mama whale measures 40.15 x 16.9 inches. Her baby measures 11.8 x 6.7 inches.
What textures does it have?
6 textures to touch, feel and explore: Faux rabbit fur, Minky, Fluffy, Pineapple weave, Bumpy and Shimmery Scales.
What age is it for?
For ages 12 months and up. Suitable for toddlers and kids.
Is the design unique?
Yes. The mama whale and her baby are an original, exclusive design created by Sensigloo.
How do I install it?
It takes just minutes, and no tools are needed. Stick the included nano tape squares on the back of each piece, then press it onto a smooth, flat wall. The pull tabs make the squares easy to apply. Mount the pieces at your child's height.
Will it damage my walls?
The nano tape is designed to come off without damage. Since every wall paint is different, we recommend testing one square on an inconspicuous spot first.
Can I reuse the nano tape?
No, each square is single-use. To move your whale, simply use new double-sided nano tape squares.
Can it be used on the floor?
Yes. Its non-slip backing lets you use it on the floor too.
Is it safe?
It is made from soft, child-safe materials, with every texture securely stitched all the way around. It is independently lab-tested to ASTM F963-23, the US toy safety standard. For ages 12 months and up.
Does it contain small parts?
No. The pieces are large and every texture is stitched all the way around. As with any toy, we recommend adult supervision.
What if my whale arrives damaged?
We do everything we can to make sure your whale meets your expectations. If it arrived damaged, please let us know right away at contact (at) sensigloo (dot) com, and include your Amazon order number and a photo.
Where can I use it?
Use it as sensory wall decor, a calm-down corner essential or an interactive wall toy. It's a sensory room must-have: families set it up at home, and teachers use it in general education, special education and autism classrooms, as well as daycares. It also works well in therapy waiting areas.
